Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and additional 3-5 days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail. If an unforeseen issue should arise to prohibit shipping within those times, we will do our very best to contact you pronto.

FOR RUSH INQUIRIES, PLEASE email prior to placing your order.
RUSH PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING FEES may apply (in some cases) and (excludes shipping rush fees). To ensure timely delivery of Rush Orders, we recommend FedEx.

EXCHANGES
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either exchange for merchandise or merchandise credit within 14 days of the order delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Please e-mail hermagod@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please leave your phone number for immediate response. If you contact us by e-mail, you will receive the Return Authorization Number within 24 hours. You must write the Return Authorization number on the INVOICE/ORDER FULFILLMENT FORM that is included with your shipment. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached or you will not be eligible for a merchandise exchange or credit.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you return the product using a trackable method of shipping such as USPS with a delivery confirmation, FedEx, or UPS.
3. Once we receive the garment(s), we will notify you via email of the receipt of the garment and the status of your merchandise exchange or merchandise credit. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will also send you notification of such. If you have any questions, please email us at hermagod@gmail.com.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Merchandise purchased at full price is eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down for the first time within 7 days from the original date of purchase. Please note that you are not able to go to a store and request a price adjustment for online purchases. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments.
To request a one-time price adjustment, please email hermagod@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Include your order number in your email message. You will be credited in form of original payment.
