RUSH PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING FEES may apply (in some cases) and (excludes shipping rush fees). To ensure timely delivery of Rush Orders, we recommend FedEx.

EXCHANGES
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either exchange for merchandise or merchandise credit within 30 days of the order delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Please e-mail hermagod@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please leave your phone number for immediate response.
If you contact us by e-mail, you will receive a response within 48 hours. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached or you will not be eligible for a merchandise exchange or credit.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you return the product using a trackable method of shipping such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS with a delivery confirmation.
3. Once we receive the garment(s), we will notify you, via email or phone call, of the receipt of the garment and the status of your merchandise exchange or merchandise credit. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will also send you notification of the changes. If you have any questions, please email us at hermagod@gmail.com.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Merchandise purchased at full price is eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down for the first time within 7 days from the original date of purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments.
To request a one-time price adjustment, please email hermagod@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Include your order number in your email message. You will be credited in form of original payment.
